Product listings, specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Where trade literature is provided to customers, it is considered to be for reference only. Exact product specifications can be obtained from suppliers upon request.

Special Orders
If an item you want is not in the catalog, we'll do our best to locate it for you. Non-catalog items may be subject to minimum quantities and/or special handling charges. Shipment will be made as quickly as deliveries are received from our suppliers. Special order products are sold on a non-cancelable, non-returnable basis. Prices are subject to change without notice.

To Place an Order
Shop on-line through Ralph’s Electronics on-line catalog, call one of our sales offices, located under locations on our web site. Contact us by fax, phone, mail, or Internet e-mail. There is no minimum order amount.

Method of Payment
We will take your order on a credit card, by C.O.D., or on an open account. You must have an account with us to order on open account.

  • Credit Cards
    Ralph’s Electronics accepts American Express®, Discover® Card, MasterCard®, and VISA®, including all MasterCard®, VISA®, and American Express® purchasing cards.
  • C.O.D.s
    Your C.O.D. order must be paid with certified funds (certified check, money order, or cashier's check). Please be aware that most carriers will not accept cash and require payment by check for all C.O.D. orders, regardless of the order total.
  • Open Accounts
    If your business, institution, or government agency wishes to open an account with us, call a sales office or apply for an open account through our Web site. Open account status is normally granted to well-rated organizations with three appropriate credit references and a banking history. Terms of payment are net 30 days. Please allow 24 hours to process open account applications. There will be a $20.00 service charge on all returned checks.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge and collect state and local sales tax in Louisiana and Texas. If you wish to avoid state sales tax charges in Louisiana and Texas, you must have a state sales tax exemption certificate on file with Ralph’s Electronics. Sales tax will always be charged in Louisiana and Texas unless otherwise indicated. If you are using a restricted sales tax exemption certificate (per purchase order), you must submit a confirming purchase order referencing the state sales tax exemption number for all orders exempt from sales tax.

Easy Returns
We stand behind our products at Ralph’s Electronics, and will gladly accept merchandise returns subject to the guidelines below. At your option, we will replace the product or refund your payment.

Please read these guidelines before requesting a return.

1.       Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of the original invoice date.

2.       Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date and need not be in original packaging.

3.       Sorry, COD returns cannot be accepted. Return freight charges must be prepaid.

4.       Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking charge.

5.       "Not-in-Catalog" items are not returnable.

Every effort has been made to be sure the prices in this catalog reflect the latest information available. However, prices in the catalog are subject to change without notice. Prices in this catalog are in U.S. dollars.

Large Quantity Quotations Or Bids
If you would like a quote on large quantities for better pricing contact Ralph’s Electronics sales office for current prices and delivery.

Shipment Damage
Our merchandise is carefully packed for shipment by our distribution centers, or is prepackaged by our suppliers in compliance with carrier requirements. In the event an item is damaged in shipment, you must submit a claim to the carrier within 15 days of delivery. We advise that you unpack and inspect all merchandise immediately upon receiving it. If damage does not become apparent until the shipment is unpacked, make a request within 72 hours for inspection by the carrier's agent and file with the carrier. Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or carrier's receipt and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to do this will result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. For your protection, our billings include insurance for damage or loss in transit.

Delivery
Items are generally shipped F.O.B. shipping point.

Shipment
Same Day Shipment:
In most cases, orders received by 3 p.m. CST are shipped out the same day if stock is available.


Large Items And Special Handling:
For heavy shipments, common carrier truck is most economical. Charges are F.O.B. shipping point.

Warranty And Disclaimer
Since the Seller, Ralph’s Electronics, does not control the use of its products, there are no express warranties that extend beyond the description contained herein. SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SINCE SELLER CANNOT CONTROL THE MANNER OF USE OF ITS PRODUCTS AFTER THEIR SALE, SELLER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. Since Seller is acting only as a distributor of products manufactured by other companies, Seller expressly limits its liabilities to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer, which guarantees Seller will pass through to the customer. No warranty will apply if its products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by Seller. Seller's products are not recommended or authorized for life support or surgical implant applications, and Buyer assumes all risk and liability in use for such applications. Buyer agrees to indemnify Seller for all damages that may be incurred due to use of Seller's products in life support and surgical implant applications.
